The Certificate IV in Business Administration is designed for people with business experience, who want to expand their skills or move into a more senior or supervisory role.

It's great for job roles that carry out a mix of specialist and moderately complex administrative or operational tasks; such as Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, Project Officer or Account Executive. 

You'll learn how to manage customer needs and feedback; develop complex business documents, reports and spreadsheets; facilitate positive workplace communication; develop and build business relationships; deliver effective presentations to groups; work in effective teams; and workplace health and safety.

To attain this qualification, you are required to successfully complete twelve (12) units of competence, comprising six (6) core and six (6) elective units selected from the options provided below.
