BUDGETING AND CASHFLOW FOR SMALL BUSINESS

Completion of this workshop will develop your skills and knowledge in managing cashflows and budgets in a small business

Learn:

  • To manage your cashflow
  • To create income and expenditure budgets
  • To analyse your budget
  • The skills to identify potential cash surpluses and strategies to make your money work for you
  • How to identify a cash shortage and approaches to alleviate it.

There is two options for this course:

Option One - Non-Accredited
On successful completion of this course you will receive a Certificate of Participation

Option Two - Nationally Accredited
Upon fully completing this course, participants have the opportuntity to undertake and submit formal assessments attached to a nationally recognised unit of competency
FNSACC402 - Prepare operational budgets.  Participants choosing this option will have an additional two weeks from the conclusion of the weekly sessions to submit their assessments.

Upon successful completion of Option Two, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment

For those wishing to submit an assessment they will have an additional two (2) weeks from the conclusion of the weekly sessions.
