An Industry specific workshop for Local Government Officers and persons seeking Local Government positions.

This workshop covers the Unit of Competency LGACOM406A Investigate alleged breaches of legislation and prepare documentation and will provide the skills and knowledge required to:

  • Issue infringements
  • Assess parking control measures
  • Carry out an investigationof an offence
  • Represent Council at legal proceedings
  • Present evidence in court as a witness
  • Take an effective and legal witness statement
  • Provide a facutal and accurate report to your senior office, and
  • Provide a brief of evidence for court

This is a nationally recognised unit of competence and upon completion of this course you will receive a Statement of Attainment.
