SITXCCS006 - Provide Service to Customers

This one day workshop is a great opportunity for frontline service personnel who deal directly with customers and who operate with some level of independence or under limited supervision.

This workshop will explore the necessary skills and knowledge required to communicate effectively and provide quality service to both internal and external customers, including identifying what is required to establish rapport with customers, determine and address customer needs and expectation as well as how to respond to complaints.

Essential for those in the tourism, travel, hospitality and events industries.
