PERFORM WELDING SUPERVISION MEM05024B

This course covers instructing and qualifying welders in accordance with weld procedures, and maintaining quality and safety procedures.

This unit will suit current welding supervisors without certification or tradesmen wishing to obtain Welding Supervision Certification. Supervisors working with the AS1554 are required to have a qualification complying with ISO14731. MEM05024B complies with the requirements of ISO14731 and is a nationally recognised unit of competency.

In order to undertake this course you are required to already hold MEM05026C Apply welding principles.

This course covers perform welding/fabrication inspection and conducting or verifying appropriate non-destructive tests.It also covers establishing and validating welding procedures and ensuring quality assurance is carried out. The unit will suit current welding fabrication/inspection personnel without certification and tradesmen wishing to obtain welding fabrication/inspection certification. In order to enrol in this unit you must have successfully completed MEM05026C Apply welding principles and MEM12023A Perform engineering measurements.

OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE

RIIVEH305E Operate and Maintain a Four Wheel Drive Vehicle

This course is designed for users who are required to learn how to drive, control and manage a vehicle under hazardous or operational conditions. In order to undertake this short course you must hold a current C Class License recognised in the state of Western Australia. It is preferred that students have some experience with driving on unsealed roads but this is not essential.

LICENCE TO OPERATE A FORKLIFT TRUCK

TLILIC2001 - License to operate a forklift truck

Our WorkSafe Registered Trainer/Assessor will provide participants with hands on practical skills and knowledge in the safe and efficient operation of a counter-balance forklift.

Forklift is considered high risk work and you will attain the skills required to manoeuvre goods in a variety of industries including manufacturing, transport, mining and production industries.

Upon successful completion particpants are able to apply for a High Risk Licence WorkSafe licence.
