CAKE DECORATING AND BAKING

Learn the secret of making and decorating basic cakes!

Sponges, butter cake, white mud cake, chocolate mud cake and fruit cake, then once your cake is baked you will learn how to apply different icings, like imitation sweet cream, buttercream, ganache, chocolate shards, chocolate prints and fondant.

CAKE DECORATING

Beginners Class: This 5 week course will provide participants with the skill to cover a cake with fondant icing as well as creating various flowers from scratch to decorate your cake.

Intermediate Class: This 6 week course will equip you with the skills and techniques to create a broad range of flowers.

Advanced Class: A 5 week course dedicated to the creation of the peony rose.
