You can also download the Course Structure here.

Mitchell Hutton Testimonal Image.jpg

Mitchell Hutton

Trainee Area Manager with CSBP Dalwallinu

It was by chance that I enrolled for the CSU degree at Muresk. Having moved to Morawa to play football I worked on a farm and fell in love with agriculture and country living. The experiences I've had at Muresk - local and overseas study trips, a range of work experience and the opportunity to network with others in the industry - shaped me into the person I am now.

Kelly Mann.jpg

Kelly Mann

Business Relationship Manager, CBH Group

"Agriculture has always been a big part of my life but studying at Muresk gave me the grounding and confidence to be successful in the agribusiness industry. Muresk was very supportive of women taking on roles in agriculture. Nowadays there are a lot more women in professional positions because of their education at Muresk. The potential of the agribusiness industry in Australia is huge and I strongly encourage anyone interested to get involved. It doesn’t matter if you are from a farm or from the city, there is a career for you."

Crawford Taylor

WA State Manager, Rabobank

"I completed the Bachelor of Agribusiness at Muresk in 1988 and always had an interest in the family farm. Attending Muresk opened up new opportunities and pathways in the agribusiness industry, away from involvement in day-to-day farming. The agricultural and agribusiness sectors offer so many career opportunities for people from all walks of life. It is an industry which will always be important. Graduates from Muresk will be highly sought after and very employable. They are an asset to any agribusiness including Rabobank."

Testimonials - Isabella Williams.jpg

Isabella Williams

Bachelor of Agribusiness Management in 2012

"I grew up on a beef cattle property south of Wagga, NSW and knew that agriculture was the area where I wanted to establish my career. I loved the day-to-day running of the farm and learning from my dad about the reasons behind these everyday jobs. When making my choice about which course to study Charles Sturt University's Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management really stood out to me. Not only does it offer the practical subjects for operating a property but it also gives the opportunity to study the driving factors of agriculture such as commodity prices and allows you to develop business skills particularly related to agriculture.
This course is a fantastic base to develop skills that will help you own, and run a successful property or work within a business related to the agriculture industry. I currently work for National Australia Bank in Agribusiness and my dream is to eventually own and work my own property and I know that this course will continue to help me realise this dream."
