- Best practice for selecting, handling and applying chemicals for control of weeds and pests
- Identify hazards and put in place risk controls
- Legislative and legal responsibilities
This Skill Set is designed for people who will be spraying WITHOUT supervision.
Course Content
The below nationally recognised units of competency are included in this course:
AHCCHM307 Prepare and apply chemicals to control pests, weeds and diseases
AHCCHM304 Transport and store chemicals.

Delivery location, important dates and study options
Training at CRTAFE will be offered with a blended, flexible delivery model to enable social distancing measures during the COVID-19 pandemic. This approach may include a combination of online and classroom based delivery, as well as practical and work experience placements.
