With this Certificate II you will learn to identify and inspect mechanical and electrical components as well as systems of light vehicles, heavy vehicles and outdoor power equipment. This course will set you up for a career in the automotive service, repair, and retail industry; working on a range of exciting mobile plant machinery such as earthmoving and lifting equipment used across a range of industry areas including building and construction and mining.

You will learn how to diagnose and repair drivelines, drive assemblies, engines, torque converters, suspension, brakes, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, transmission and steering; repair basic electrical wiring and circuits; weld and do thermal cutting; work safely; and much more!

Training is delivered in modern workshops with industry standard tools and equipment.
