Coffee Course Skill Set

For the Coffee Connoisseur
Join our coffee making workshops and learn how to make a great coffee and clean and maintain your expresso machine and equipment.
Our experienced lecturer will share her knowledge gained from years of barista training.
You will learn:
- Organising a coffee workstation
- Components of espresso machine and grinder
- Storage of coffee and the characteristics of different beans
- Selecting and grinding coffee beans
- How to extract and monitor the quality of espresso coffee
- Milk texture
- Espresso menu - make a variety of different espresso coffee's
- Cleaning of espresso equipment
- And much more
This is a non-accredited course and upon successful completion students will be issued with a Certificate of Participation
