Intermediate Cake Decorating

Level up your cake decorating skills. 

In this short course, you will expand on your beginner cake decorating skills from an experienced cake maker. This short course will cover how to decorate and colour to create a stunning cake. You'll learn how to make and apply swiss buttercream plus work with rice and wafer paper to create flower decorations. 


Students will need to bring their own cake moulding tools.


Upon successful completion students will be issued with a  Certificate of Participation.
