Petit Fours are French words meaning "small oven" and refers to them being made in the stored heat of 18th century brick ovens as they slowly cooled down. They're also known as sweetmeats, fancy cakes, bonbons, or confections.
Enroll into this exciting course and learn how to prepare, glaze, ice and decorate a variety of sweet treats. You will work with ingredients such as marzipan, caramel, chocolate and more.
