Learn basic reflexology techniques.

Reflexology is a type of massage therapy that works on the theory that each area of the body is reflected in the feet, and by applying pressure to the feet, the corresponding areas of the body can benefit.  In this course you will learn how to apply basic reflexology techniques to holistically treat the feet in a non-invasive way to promote relaxation and stress reduction.
