It is vital that new managers understand safety beyond tick and flick compliance to create operational safety where all parties are informed and engaged.
The session will include:
- Roles and responsibilities of “Duty Holders”
- WHS Risk management laws and principles
- Importance and requirements of workplace WHS consultation
- What HSR's do and how they can help your team
- Notifiable incidents and their investigation needs

Certification
Upon successful completion you will receive a Statement of Attainment in Understanding Your Role with Changed WHS Laws.
