Learn to dramatically increase your efficiency using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) in Excel.
You will learn to create command procedures, write simple code and use a range of common programming techniques to manipulate, analyze, and present data more easily and efficiently.
Topics covered include:
- use the macro recorder to create a variety of macros
- understand the Excel object model and VBA concepts
- work with the three main components of the VBA editor window
- create command procedures
- create and work with user defined functions
- write code to manipulate Excel objects and to drive a user form
- use a range of common programming techniques
- create a custom form complete with controls and event procedures
- create procedures that start automatically
- write a variety of error handling routines
Certification
Upon successful completion students will be issued with a Certificate of Participation.
