Industry solutions for:

Our libraries offer specialised training resources, on campus and remote access to authoritative online information as well as appropriate study spaces for single or collaborative study. Library staff are available to support your study needs, provide study skills advice and assist with navigating our exciting online learning resources.
Central Regional TAFE has two physical Library facilities. One is located at the Geraldton Campus and the other located at the Northam Campus. Both locations are open from Monday - Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. They are also open during term breaks. Both locations are closed during the College's yearly shutdown.
Library Services are available to all current students and staff of Central Regional TAFE and membership is automatic.
We provide a range of services including:
- binding and laminating
- computer support services
- information services
- interlibrary loans
- photocopying and printing
- referencing assistance
- reciprocal borrowing, and
- student/staff ID cards.
Please note that not all services may be available at each location.

Not a TAFE Student?
Students currently enrolled at other educational institutions may borrow resources from our library and are subject to the same rules and regulations as other members. A current student card or proof of current enrolment must be presented. Memberships are for the current academic year only.
Referencing
APA style is the College's preferred format for referencing. Guides are available for loan from the Library. An on-line guide is also available. Your lecturer may arrange for an information session to be conducted with your class. You may also seek advice from Library staff.

Online Resources and Databases
In addition to the above, our library service offers an extensive range of online resources and databases to currently enrolled College staff and students.
Access on campus is automatic.
Access offsite requires authentication as follows:
Students - login using your computer network login (student ID and password)
Staff - login using your computer network login (staff ID and password)
The exception to the above for offsite access is AutoData. Automotive students please contact your lecturer to access this.

Cibatek Centre
The Geraldton Campus has a unique Cibatek Centre that provides currently enrolled students with 24x7 access to modern computing facilities. All computers have Microsoft Office software. Multimedia software is also installed. Students can access the Internet, printing, photocopying and scanning services.
For after-hours access to the Cibatek Centre please speak to one of our friendly Library staff members to arrange.
Bookshop
We have two bookshops, one located in the Library at the Geraldton Campus and the other located at the Northam campus.
The Bookshops stock the textbooks required for many courses and some stationery items. They are open every term day.
All textbooks are required to be paid in full at the time of purchase. Refunds only apply if the book is in the same condition as when sold (not marked or damaged) and is still a current edition.
The Bookshop does not buy or sell second hand books. Students can check campus notice boards for any second hand book sales.
Both Bookshops are open from Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm during school terms. Outside of these hours is by appointment only.
