Key Dates

Application and enrolment dates

Dates for enrolment will vary depending on the course you have selected and the campus you would like to attend.

How to enrol

For more information, visit our Apply and Enrol page:

If you have selected a competitive course, you will need to apply ahead of time to secure your place. Competitive courses are popular courses, meaning that often more applications are received every semester than we have places for. However if you have missed a date we accept expressions of interest for studying with us all year round. If a course has commenced or has no available positions our students services team will assist in finding a suitable option for you.

Enrolments for part-time, online, intensive or short courses can be taken at any time throughout the year.

Competitive Full-Time Courses - Apply through TAFE Admissions

Many full time courses are very popular, competitive or in-demand - meaning prospective students have to apply through TAFE Admissions Online (a system used by all TAFE's in WA to process student applications for in-demand courses).

Some full-time face-to-face courses don't require you to apply through TAFE Admissions Online and accept enrolments directly via our student application portal (see more information on this page) or by visiting a campus. The course page on the website will let you know if this is case or you can contact your local campus on 1800 672 700 for more information about enrolling in the course.

Applications for in-demand courses for Semester 1, 2021 open Monday 14 September. Please note the important dates for TAFE Admissions below, students may still express an interest in a course following the closing date.
