There's no better time to study with half price fees for the next two years!

Central Regional TAFE will offer half price fees for eligible courses in 2020-2021.

As part of the State Government's Lower Fees Local Skills initiative, from 1 January 2020 through to 31 December 2021, you'll pay only half of the standard course fees for 24 specially selected priority qualifications at Central Regional TAFE.

It gets better!  No matter which of these qualifications you choose, your course fees will be capped so that the maximum you'll pay each year for your qualification will only be $1,200 or $400 if you're aged 15—24 or eligible for a concession.

By studying at TAFE you can gain a qualification directly aligned with priority industry areas where the jobs are today, and into the future. That's why these priority qualifications have been chosen, they match up with the skills that employers need right now, and they are in industry areas with high jobs growth.  The list also includes qualifications that offer good local employment prospects. These jobs will require specialist skills, and the best way to get those is through a vocational education and training (VET) course — especially when there's an offer like this!
