PSPREG020 Conduct Prosecutions

An industry specific workshop for Local Government Officers and persons seeking Local Government positions. This workshop will provide the skills and knowledge required to enable the participant to complete three actual or simulated prosecutions, on three seperate occasions and for three different situations or contexts while adhering to legal, ethical and organisational requirements.

This will include:
Completing a prosecution notice.
Completing a Court Hearing Notice.
Completing a Witness Summons for either a person or thing.
Completing an Elements and Defenses check list.

This is a nationally recognised unit of competency and upon completion of this course you will receive a Statement of Attainment.
