We can help you manage your enrolment and student finances. It's important that you tell us early if you are thinking of changing your study plan, to avoid delays in processing.
- If you'd like to vary your study plan to access flexible study options or have issues with late assignments or non-attendance, talk to your lecturer first, then chat with us, so that together, we can reach the best study plan for you.
- If you want to withdraw from your course, please complete and submit an Application for Withdrawal or Refund Form, available online here or collect a hard copy from your local campus. Please visit the Withdrawals and Refunds page for more details.
- If your financial circumstances have changed, talk to us about changing your payment plan or making a new payment plan.
- We can also assist by putting you in touch with admissions support for VET Student Loans and to Student Support Services for disability or Aboriginal study support.
