The objective of the Project Management (PM) training is to provide a practical understanding of projects and the application of core tools. Templates are used throughout the training, which can then be immediately applied to the participant's projects.

With a Certificate III in Events you will be able to work as an assistant events/conference organiser, or functions assistant, in the community, cultural, hospitality, sporting, or travel and tourism sectors. About this course

Petits fours are bite sized treats that are perfect for high tea, tastings, buffets, dessert platters, catering and cake shops. From classic to contemporary, immerse yourself in one of our patisserie short courses that will teach you how to create perfectly shaped moulded pastries ready for your own high tea. The recipes provided in this class are designed so the students can use them after class as either petit fours sized cakes or larger cakes. Students will also learn about food safety and hygiene.
