Photography is arguably one of the most powerful art forms and means of communication. Success in this field requires a combination of sound technical skills and an intuitive sense of what makes a good photograph. Studying photography will encompass photographic illustration in diverse fields such as advertising, industrial and commercial, domestic (wedding and portraiture), photojournalism, fashion and photography business management.

Our training can be your stepping stone to Perth’s internationally renowned music scene, or you could produce, present or edit a breakfast or drive time show and have millions of listeners captivated by your work. During your training, you will not only gain extensive industry knowledge, you will also develop broad, transferable skills that apply to performance, business management and sound engineering. Develop your skills using our industry standard professional recording studios and live performance venue with full staging, lighting and sound production.

There’s no business like show business. And there’s no show without all the work going on behind the scenes. Screen and Media students learn by working hands on in a production studio, in a range of roles.

Learn how to unleash your creativity while building your technical skills. By studying jewellery design you will research, develop and refine design ideas, learn a range of practical jewellery fabrication skills as well as complementary skills in digital design, photographic and professional presentation.
