If you are looking to get trade qualified as a boilermaker / welder, this is the course for you!

You will learn professional level mechanical cutting, metal fabrication, and a wide range of welding processes. You will also gain proficiency using hand tools, industrial machinery, taking measurements and performing calculations so that you're ready to become a licensed tradesperson.

This qualification is for trade apprentices working under qualified boilermakers or welders.

Units and fees

To attain this qualification, you are required to successfully complete units of competence to the value of ninety-six (96) points, comprising of twelve (12) core units to the value of thirty-three (33) points and elective units to the value of sixty-three (63) points, selected from the options provided below. On-the-job learning must also be completed to attain this qualification under Apprenticeship arrangements.
