This modern facility is located in the industrial area of Geraldton, approximately 12 kms from them main city.
The complex is built to deliver training and qualifications for trainees, apprentices, post trade, technicians and plant operators in occupations relating to the construction, operation and maintenance of resource sector facilities, plant and equipment.
Facilities
In the large heavy duty automotive workshop we are capable of performing engine dismantling, automotive electrical diagnostics and it contains a purpose built room set up for hydraulic diagnostics.
This space also includes 500sqm of undercover hardstand.
Enjoy our friendly indoor and outdoor space where students can recharge and relax during study breaks. It is equipped with a microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities.
Technology Park is the only training facility in the Mid West with a fully equipped truck inspection pit. It is set up for servicing heavy vehicles enabling students to gain hands on skills in a safe, real world environment.
The self-contained wash down area enables staff and students to clean vehicles and machinery. All contaminants washed into the on-site treatment facility.
Free parking is available on campus with designated accessibility parking bays available.

A career as an operator in the Civil construction industry provides a diverse working environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be required to apply a broad range of skills, and provide theoretical advice and support to a team. As a qualified operator the job opportunities are endless, particularly in the construction and mining industry.
This qualification includes your white card ticket.
As part of your training you will learn how to:

Health and Safety Representative

This five-day Work Health and Safety (WHS) Representative Course is for anyone who is or is about to become a Work Health and Safety Representative in their organisation.
This course is WorkSafe Western Australia accredited and will provide you with all the information and skills to effectively carry out your role as a 'representative of employees', and as defined under Section 68 of the Act.
The course is specifically designed to achieve the objectives of the Act offering a balanced approach with emphasis on cooperation and consultation and representatives' participation in the development and formulation of safety and health policy and procedures at the workplace.
This course covers:
- how to apply the legislative requirements to the workplace
- how to apply the principles of Risk Management by participating in and conducting a workplace inspection
- how to apply the techniques of accident investigation
- how to assist the employer in the development of accident prevention controls and systems
