A rewarding career working with youth

This is the qualification you need to set yourself up for a rewarding a career as a youth worker, youth support worker, or caseworker. You'll gain the knowledge and skills to communicate and work effectively in the youth sector; promoting social, emotional and physical wellbeing. You will gain the knowledge and skills to communicate and work effectively in the youth sector; promoting social, emotional and physical wellbeing.

You will also learn how to respond to critical situations; work with youth at risk; assist collective action; and work with cultural diversity, and gain an understanding of ethical behaviour and legal responsibilities for working in youth services.
