Make the world a more beautiful place with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
You will learn to apply a full range of face and body treatments. You will learn skills in a broad range of beauty therapy treatments and services that include facials, specialised facials, body massage, waxing, lash and brow treatments, make-up, aromatherapy, spray tan, lash extensions and skills in retail and sales operations. You will also learn about reflexology, Indian head massage, hot stone massage and micro-dermabrasion.
Our Diploma of Beauty Therapy course will give you the skills to start up your own business and to work in the industry. You will also learn the tips of small business promotion to be successful in a very competitive market.

RTO Entry Requirements
Students MUST participate in an interview with the lecturer (face to face or phone) prior to enrolment.
Students MUST complete a Client Needs Form provided by the lecturer prior to enrolment. This form is designed to record the specific needs and/or additional requirements identified by the individual client that may affect their chances of successful participation in and/or completion of the course.
Students are required to complete the LLN assessment (via LLN Robot) prior to participating in the course. Furthermore, Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) requirements must be met if applying for VET Fee Help Loan (LLN Robot).
Students must be able to stand for long periods of time during the day and be able to massage and perform beauty treatments on at least four clients per day to prepare the students for average industry client appointments.
All students must have well-developed communication skills to enable them to work with clients on a personalised level.
Regulatory Requirements (Licensing)
No occupational licensing, certification or specific legislative requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
Hairdressing and beauty services personnel must comply with general laws that regulate customer, business and employee interaction.

Wherever knowledge of a specific law, regulation or licensing arrangement is required to effectively perform a job task described in the Unit of Competency, it is covered in the Knowledge Evidence field of the Assessment Requirements. The Assessment Conditions field requires RTOs to provide current regulatory documents to assist the
assessment.
Certification
Upon successful completion you will receive a Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
