Get on track with everything there is to know about Microsoft Office 

This short course will provide you with an introduction to:

Microsoft Windows:

  • using the start menu
  • file organisation including creating folders, copying files and moving files

Microsoft Excel:

  • creating a new workbook
  • number formatting
  • formulas and functions
  • and introduction to charts

Microsoft Word:

  • working with a document including basic editing and formatting
  • tables
  • tabs and page layout

Microsoft Outlook:

  • sending an email
  • creating a signature
  • calendar invites
  • task lists
  • correct way to address an email
  • how to use To, CC and BCC
  • how to write an email
  • and how to send an attachment


Upon successful completion, students will be issued a Certificate of Participation.

  • VET Student Loans for eligible courses and fee caps may be subject to changes implemented by the Australian Government.
