This short course will provide you with an introduction to:
Microsoft Windows:
- using the start menu
- file organisation including creating folders, copying files and moving files
Microsoft Excel:
- creating a new workbook
- number formatting
- formulas and functions
- and introduction to charts
Microsoft Word:
- working with a document including basic editing and formatting
- tables
- tabs and page layout
Microsoft Outlook:
- sending an email
- creating a signature
- calendar invites
- task lists
- correct way to address an email
- how to use To, CC and BCC
- how to write an email
- and how to send an attachment
