Whether you are hoping to pursue a creative career, undergo further studies at university or just want to gain new skills, our celebrated visual arts program offers courses that will help you get where you want to go. With our visual arts qualifications, you will gain the technical skills to explore your creativity through a wide range of mediums. Studies in visual arts can open the door to exciting careers opportunities in public art, art administration and events coordination, ceramics, illustration and many more.

When you take a Certificate III in Visual Arts, you will develop skills, knowledge and techniques and apply them as you create original works. You will learn about art history, art movements and key artists as well as current issues and trends in the creative industry.

Under the guidance of practicing artists in a Certificate IV in Visual Arts course, you will develop concepts for your own professional practice, gain experience in specialist fields and experiment in your chosen disciplines. You will also have the opportunity to establish connections with people in your creative industry.

A Diploma of Visual Arts qualification can offer you a pathway into further tertiary studies at university. As you develop skills and knowledge in your chosen specialised field, you will maintain a sustainable professional arts practice. You will have the opportunity to experiment and refine your techniques and use of mediums and materials, and then create and exhibit a body of work when you complete the Diploma.
